By using our services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1. Operating Hours
​
M&C Aviation Training Club’s normal operating hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm. During winter, operating hours are from 9am to the period of the end of evening civil twilight. In certain circumstances, flying outside of these stated hours may be authorised by the club.

2. Flying Charges
​
The charges for flying instruction and hire of aircraft shall be fixed by the Club and may be subject to revision from time to time. The appropriate charge must be paid immediately after the operation unless prepaid arrangements have been made with the Club. Discounted rates only apply for the pre-purchases of packages, otherwise the standard rates will apply.

3. Bookings and Cancellation of Flights
​
All bookings must be made via M&C Aviation Training Club’s official website, the E-allocator application or via an aero club staff member. Subject to the availability of an aircraft or instructor, a member may book in advance a time for instruction or the hire of an aircraft and must be available at least ten minutes prior to that time. Cancellation of any bookings must be notified to the club no later than 24 hours prior to the booking commencement time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will attract a €30 charge. Exemptions will only be made under exceptional circumstances and entirely at the discretion of the club. Members who fails to be present at the club for the commencement of a booking or arriving too late to allow the flight to be fulfilled, will be deemed as having made a late cancellation and will be charged in accordance with the Club cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations due to weather
​
Cancellation of any bookings for weather related reasons must be agreed with a member of the club staff in advance of the booking commencement time. It is the responsibility of the student/member to call the club on the morning of their flight to ascertain whether or not the flight or lesson can go ahead. This decision is at the discretion of the instructor/club.

5. Payments
​
Only block bookings of over 10 hours that will be paid in advance are subjected to a discounted rate. Otherwise, payment must be made immediately after the operation at the standard rate. If for any reason a student/member decides not to complete the booked course/package, they will only be refunded half of the money remaining in their balance. Full refund will only be made if the course is to be discontinued due to medical reasons. Exceptions will only be made under exceptional circumstances and entirely at the discretion of the club.

6. Membership Fees
​
Membership fees are paid annually and are non-refundable. All persons flying in the aero club’s aircraft must hold a current membership with all fees fully paid in advance. Persons undergoing first flying experience may hold temporary membership. Membership may be included in packages or courses.
​
7. Additional Costs
​
All non-service-related items equipment, exams etc should be paid for separately and are not included in any course or packages.
